Website & Lease Enquiry Terms
These terms govern use of this website. A domain lease becomes binding only when a separate written lease agreement has been accepted by both parties.

Content is provided for general commercial information and may be changed. While reasonable care is taken, no guarantee is given that all content is complete, continuously available or suitable for a particular business. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
Pricing, taxes and payment
Displayed prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, sales tax and any other applicable taxes. A PayPal payment is a request to reserve the selected term and does not by itself activate the domain or create an unconditional right to use it. Identity, sanctions, intended-use and acceptable-use checks may be required. If a proposed lease is not accepted, the relevant payment will be refunded.
Domain lease
The registrant retains ownership and registration control of container.ws. An approved tenant receives only the limited, exclusive right to use the domain during the agreed term, subject to payment and the signed lease. Unless expressly agreed in writing, payments are not purchase instalments and create no ownership interest. Renewal is subject to the applicable agreement and timely payment.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site or propose to use the domain for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious or reputation-damaging activity, including spam, phishing, malware, sanctions evasion or misrepresentation. We may reject an enquiry or suspend use where reasonably necessary to protect users, the domain, service providers or legal compliance.
Website projects
Website-design prices are starting estimates only. Scope, deliverables, timing, intellectual property, hosting, support, revisions and payment milestones will be defined in a separate proposal or services agreement.
Intellectual property
The website design, copy, graphics and container.ws name are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal browsing and enquiry, no right to copy, republish or exploit the content is granted.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising solely from use of this informational website is excluded. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Lease and project liability is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
Third-party services
PayPal, Google reCAPTCHA and other linked services are independent third parties and their own terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party availability or content.
